ForgeMD Medical Group was founded to give patients in Sumter and the surrounding area access to more personalized, accessible medical wellness care — without the limitations of a high-volume, insurance-driven practice.

Medicine the Way It Should Be
ForgeMD was built on a simple belief: patients deserve more than a rushed appointment and a generic plan. We created a practice where the focus is on the individual — their history, their goals, and their life.
As a self-pay clinic, we operate outside the constraints of insurance-based medicine. That means more time with patients, more flexibility in treatment options, and a relationship built on trust rather than billing codes.
We offer telehealth consultations for patients who prefer the convenience of a virtual visit, and walk-ins may be accommodated during office hours — though appointments are preferred.

No two patients are the same. Every plan we build is tailored to the individual — not pulled from a standard protocol.
Clinical Integrity
We are honest about what treatment can and cannot achieve. We don't make promises we can't keep or recommend treatments that aren't clinically appropriate.
